Your order shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped :
Via Australia POST or TNT. Estimated Delivery within 4-21 days depending on country of destination.
International Shipping is charged using AUD$ 30 upto AUD$ 100 spent and $ 10 per additional AUD $ 100 spent with a maximum charge of A$ 120 and Free Shipping when ordering AUD$ 1,000 or more.
We require a physical delivery address (no PO Boxes accepted). If you are not likely to be home during business hours its best to provide your day time / work address.
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
Returns / Claims
All items are checked and inspected for any production errors or damages before shipping. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-packaged.
Where possible you need to check the goods before signing for the delivery. Should there be any transit damage you must note it on the delivery docket you sign and make it known to the delivering representative of the carrier. Take a photo of the condition in which you received the parcel.
Any claim must be lodged within 5 days from the delivery date. To lodge a claim, please email us details of the damaged item/s with photos. We will process valid claims and arrange to send replacement/s at our cost. If we require you to return the damaged item we will issue a Return Authorisation.
Non-Delivery / Lost Parcels
Where you do not receive delivery within 10 days (for Australia) and 21 days (International) from our shipping date, please contact us.
We will initiate a trace request with our carrier. In case the carrier is unable to trace the parcel, we will ship a replacement order within 10 days of your advice.
Please note we do not take any responsibility for carrier returns where they have not been able to deliver the parcel for reasons such as incorrect address provided by you or no one to receive etc. and any re-delivery shall be at your cost.
We do not accept any responsibility for delays due to mis-placed parcels, customs clearance or any other similar reasons beyond our control.
